Justin was born and raised in Johannesburg. Having completed his matric at Parktown Boy’s High, he attended RHEMA Bible Training Centre to begin to prepare for the ministry. After completing a year at RHEMA, he came down and completed three years at the Bible Institute in Kalk Bay. It was at this time that he first came to Fullies. Having realised he had found his spiritual home, he remained on in the church for the duration of his studies. Pastor Kevin and Linda then approached him and asked if he would consider coming onto staff as the Assistant Pastor. Justin gladly accepted and served in this capacity for 4 years. It was during this time that Justin met Monique whom he married in 1995.

In 1996 Justin and Monique were called to pastor the church in Grahamstown. Over the last twelve and a half years they have seen the Lord Jesus grown the church in the most remarkable way. Justin is a man of wide interests and varied abilities. He is a published poet and is presently seeking to publish his first book and is busy writing his second.

Introducing Justin Hall who returned to Fullies in January 2009 as Associate Pastor

Monique is a qualified foundation phase teacher and will be taking up a grade 2 post at SunValley Primary next year. She is an avid runner and is looking forward to continuing this in the pristine surroundings of Fish Hoek. Justin and Monique have two children. Jordan is 11 and Joel is 8. The Hall family are very excited about “coming home.”. They truly believe that God has order their steps and they, with eager anticipation, look forward to seeing God take them and Fullies on into greater heights and deeper glories in Christ.

Members of “Justin Hall Ministries”, a non profit organization that Justin founded which has the vision of strengthening the Church and impacting the world through the teaching and preaching of the Word of God, said the following when describing Justin’s ministry:
