Children's Ministries on Sunday mornings

Children between 3-11 years old meet in the upstairs hall to worship together after which they go to their classes.

The 12 - 16 year olds go into church for praise and worship then go to their class

Parents need to fetch their children after
the service. Sunday school does not run
during school holidays

* BODDLERS *
We have started a new ministry called Boddlers which is a combination of the words “Baby” and “Toddlers”. I suppose we could say that Boddlers is more a place than a ministry. What we have done is set up the Admin Block and the Counselling Room on Sunday mornings as a place where Moms and Dads can bring their Boddlers(0-2 years). There will be toys and activities for the children and a Parent’s lounge with refreshments where the Moms and Dads can sit close to the child but also receive some spiritual input from excellent video teachings on relevant topics. We are hoping at a later stage to get a direct video feed into the service so that you can still partake of the service while being close to your child.

We have started a roster system for the parents who have Boddlers and would like to make use of this facility. This means that you and one or two other folk will keep an eye on the children whenever your turn comes up. At the moment its about once every five weeks. This frees both you and the other Moms and Dads next door in the parents room to be close but to be able to still receive some spiritual input.
